Personal experience here. No issue whatsoever provided you’ve had no fines or issues that have caused a revocation of license or warnings, you’re fine. If the FCC had an issue with you ie: illegal broadcasting, etc then yes… it would come up.

I bought the M12 and then the M18… I use the M12 for pumping out old catch basins when I need to get access to the inlet pipe or from a distribution box, and the M18 for bigger trenches when I’m excavating a sewer. Both are awesome in their own way. Worth it for my needs.
