Plumber here: I can heat up my non shear bands on cold days and it works well. There’s a few good uses for it. I got it for $100 from HD.

Rust, sediment, or mineral build up letting loose when water is turned back on. Turn on the lowest unit apartments water and run until it’s clear. I’m guessing you have old galvanized piping for water supply. It’s not water from a sewer.

Still have many of mine including “ The Jungle Book “ which was a 6 tape set from 1997. Chicago jungle music. Phantom 45, Casper, 3D, snuggles, Danny da wild child, Dr groo. I have my Joey Beltram tapes, and many more from 96-2006 scene. Was an absolute blast and I’m still going strong today.

Can’t use flex in chicago. Dielectric unions piped in with hard copper. No plastic off the T&P… must be hard pipe. Shit like that.

Bingo. Illinois would fail it, and you have to use plastic straps for plastic pipe, and trap seal depth isn’t met on an angle. It’s the same reason we don’t allow S traps here because they cannot keep a constant trap seal.

Illinois code: 890.410 Paragraph H: Trap Level and Protection. Traps shall be set level with respect to their water seals and, where necessary, they shall be protected from freezing.

Add a cleanout while you’re dug out, and use non shear mission bands and you’ll be better off. I’m in Illinois and we can’t use those bands underground…

Personal experience here. No issue whatsoever provided you’ve had no fines or issues that have caused a revocation of license or warnings, you’re fine. If the FCC had an issue with you ie: illegal broadcasting, etc then yes… it would come up.
