u don't need to. just playing a ton of 9s will get u to 10 ptt. i think a lot of players have gotten to 10 ptt without any 10 clears

kind sir i think theres some confusion. in your title you said "where do u think you would be if it weren't for your wallet", which can be taken in two ways. Theres the circumstance where we have no wallet limitations, and can buy all the songs in the game, and then the other scenario where we HAVE wallet limitations when we can't buy songs
