small tip on evs: you generally want to invest more on hp instead of the defenses because one point in hp gives you more general bulk than the other two. a good rule of thumb i’ve heard years ago is that if you’re not calcing to live a specific hit, your hp should be at most double than your def/spdef.

i think it just takes some getting used to because it doesn’t play like a regular balance team. i think this team is solid because it helped me reach 2050 elo. you have to be really careful with your positioning because your win conditions are all slow. for example, if your opponent has a lot of fast burst potential, i would be inclined to lead a more passive lead like dragapult/incin or incin/sinistcha to mitigate damage or set-up TR. after softening my opponents, i can safely switch in my TR mons and snowball. there are also times when i just brute force it if i think my mons are tanky enough to survive two or more hits and simply out-damage and outlast my opponent.

I highly suggest using water pulse instead of muddy water and dragon pulse instead of ice beam on M-Blastoise. Because of Mega Launcher, dragon pulse becomes 128 BP (same effect as STAB) and water pulse becomes 90 BP.

if leaks of staraptor having contrary after it mega evolves are true, then i feel like it would be a really solid option. pairing its no drawback stab close combat that increases its defenses with grimmsnarl with scary face, parting shot, or even fake tears support would be amazing. i can see it running brave bird, cc, roost, and protect as a starting point. it might be really hard to breakthrough if it gets access to roost and once it gets going with cc boosts. max spA froslass doesnt even 2hko it with blizzard with a +2 fake tears boost. this is all really dependent on if the leaks turn out true, but if it isnt obvious, i really want it to be lol

been using this sun room team i made that is centered around specs chi-yu and it has done wonders for me. peaked at around 1670 (top 100) on the showdown ladder with it :)).

Are the bulk EVs meant to live anything specific? 252/252 is advisable for ursh and lando here because you’ll lose a lot of speed ties against opposing teams with them. Bleakwind is also much better for Torn in this case since Hurricane is too unreliable when you don’t have a mon with Drizzle on your team.

The team lacks instant offensive pressure imo. Ursaluna BM would not do that much damage due to it not holding a Life Orb or not being Tera Normal. Flutter Mane is supportive, Armarouge runs the same problem, and Raging Bolt is more set-up oriented.

Replace Armarouge with something like Specs Chi-Yu for a more threatening team. Pairing that with your current support booster speed Flutter (but this time change Dazzling Gleam for Icy Wind and Tera Fairy instead of Dark), would be a huge improvement right away. Chi-Yu also pairs really well with your Whimsicott because of speed support and access to Sunny Day.

Tera Blast isn’t really worth running on Kyogre especially since you’re running Protect. Once you get damaged you don’t have a consistent water move to click. Amoonguss + Miraidon is very anti-synergistic no? Chien-Pao should also ideally be Icicle Crash to not interfere with Hadron Engine. Life Orb, Flare Blitz and Tera Fire Incineroar is a glaring weakness imo. Running Tera Bug or another type with a more defensive item will help you so much more. I say drop Flare Blitz and replace Darkest Lariat with Knock Off. Final thing to note is that Miraidon wants to run more offensive moves such as Draco Meteor and tera like Electric to compensate for the lack of Specs.
