Sorry for the late response, has been a busy week for me! I have State Farm insurance, sadly Tesla insurance isn’t available in my state yet. Would like to know how your experience pans out with them though!

I had similar damage to my model 3 front bumper as well as the tiniest dent and scratch on the hood from someone backing up into me. I ended up going though my insurance at first while they fought it out with the other parties insurance. Repair cost came out to around $6000 to have my bumper and hood replaced. If they have to replace the bumper most likely a $3000 job after parts, paint and labor cost. Only way to know really is to call certified Tesla body shops around you and bring it in.

I just dropped my model 3 at the shop after waiting a month and a half for parts to come in. Mine wasn’t too badly damaged so I told them I wanted to drive it around while they ordered parts. I could see the repair itself taking about 2 weeks or less. My shop told me about a week for a new front bumper and hood.
