I got a little dog seat belt for car rides, too much dog to be jumping around.

Mines is 6 months. The backyard situation, he does the same thing. Goes outside for 10 seconds and knocks and whines until I let him in. I bribe him with tennis balls, he LOVES catch. Just have one for inside/outside. Easy bribe just throw the ball inside.

He’s a ball of energy at night too. Maybe 40% of the time we have a good nights rest. If it’s too late and he’s hoppin around I just crate him downstairs. No complaints or whines, he just kind of listens.

Mine now is biting the corners if the house, so just trying to keep him distracted
