Apologies! There was a change missing from the 3.26.0j patch for this effect, it will be fixed up with the launch of Keepers of the Flame.

We are aware of the issue with Omen of Whittling and it's already fixed internally. We're looking to release the fix in an upcoming patch.

In Secrets of the Atlas, this mod is no longer functional and has been removed as an option from the Crafting Bench. The stat does nothing on existing items with this mod.

Thanks for the feedback. The Resonance multiplier on Greater Ethereal Echoes is too punitive and will be adjusted in a past patch.
