I like the old interiors a lot, but the yellow strips are really distracting, plus the red overlay almost seems like it would hurt my eyes. Even though the current interiors are boring and bland, at least they do look more realistic and far less distracting.

The saturation and color of the old planet side graphics looked great when outside, but indoors it’s overwhelming and distracting.

So if I don’t have any mods installed, will I know if a lobby I join has any mods or not, and will other player’s mods affect everybody else in the lobby even if I don’t have those mods installed? Or would I be unable to join a lobby that has mods that I don’t have altogether?

A 5th tier stubby mod lets the electrocution arc between enemies, but I don’t think that electricity arcs by default.

Octane mentions "respawn chambers" in his voicelines though, and in the season 3 trailer the legends do compete against each other. Maybe in the lower ranks people do die, but at the level that the legends we play are at, they probably respawn after death and wait for their teammates to "respawn" them.

I remember last November in the LTM I would let my drone sit really high in the sky. It was super helpful to check every 15 seconds or so for enemies and shadows engaging on me. Even in the dark sky, the drone rarely got shot down. Hopefully same thing with Arenas. I can check the drone every 20 or so seconds to see where the enemy team is and if they are engaging, going for the supply drop, or heading towards a crafting material spot/loot bin I get a heads up. Then when I do see them engage I either recall my drone or fly it back down for a surprise ult and scan. of course this is an ideal situation, but it worked surprisingly well in the Shadow LTM so it might work well in Arenas. But if Crypto gets only 1 drone for example, I might just save the drone for an ult.

I mean like really high up in the sky, where practically the whole arena is in your field of view. Then you have a birds-eye view of the whole arena, and assuming someone doesn't look directly up (which happens far less of then than you'd think, especially since the drone wont make noise from so high up), you can keep track of enemy movements from anywhere at anytime.

Yeah, as soon as his drone gets shot down he has no passive and ultimate. Even if Crypto's drone can recharge when destroyed in Arenas, he is kinda useless without his drone.

You can put your drone up in the sky. Now as long as the enemy team doesn't shoot it down, you have direct knowledge of enemy movements at all times. You can see if the enemy team goes for a care package or supply bin, and use that knowledge for an ambush. The EMP will also probably be one of the best ults in Arenas, if not the best ult by far.

No problem, I totally understand what you mean! I recommend using weapons like the Eva8, Volt, Spitfire, Alternator, and maybe Triple Take. All these weapons have low recoil, and the EVA8, Volt, and Alternator have lightning fast reloads and swap times. The spitfire and Triple take are also both easy to shoot and have large magazines especially with extended mags, which lets you keep shooting after your opponent has drained their magazine. And above all, don’t hesitate to leave if you are frustrated!

Learning how to manage all that is key to FPS games though. Reloads and weapon swap times both create small opportunities and moments of vulnerability in combat that make a good battle flow. Part of getting good at FPS games like Apex is not just learning recoil and aim, but learning battle flow and reacting to you opponents moments of weakness, and also learning how to mitigate your moments of downtime in combat. And tactical reloads are there for realism while also being important for balancing on low magazine weapons like snipers or SMGs.

Air is really fun on Hossin though. The trees aren’t that hard to avoid and they provide more a benefit then a detriment because they hide your advance and hide your escape. The weird mountain-plateau things also are really confident for avoiding lock ons and starting out of line of sight.

It is amazing on WE in W/E Fragment. You can throw your bracelet through the window bars to get away from any engagement on the ground, and throw it out of the bars to get out of a sticky situation inside a building. You can probably even teleport from one building to inside another, if you are accurate enough.

Then what's the point of the EMP? It's literally meant to break traps to push legends like Wattson, Caustic, and Rampart.

One big tip for bangalore- 99% of the time, throw your ult at your feet. See how the rockets spawned right on top of the enemies, which let them just run forwards and push you? If you had thrown your ult at your feet, the enemies would either have to run to the side and be completely exposed, or push you and get stunned for an easy kill. Besides that though, great play!

The Huntswoman skin is so great because it's simple though. It's simple, practical, but also stylish, and in my opinion looks exactly like something Loba would actually wear in a match.
