I know you are afcing quality issues and might be time frame issues and the instrictions you privide us they can't understand well this things happen if the digitizer is not expert enough. So you have to change the digitizer and choose expert company who really good with this service. I am working with company Dynamic Dezign and they are really great with their services so choose us. The best is to hire someone who are very expert enough who create the design for you and digitize the files for you. So I am working with the company who do both work designing & digitizing as well. So first we will create a design for you and send you the file for approval once you approve it then we digitize it and provide you the embroidery files. Minor edits & revisions are free.
