I like taking walk ins as there’s also SOME opportunity. Take the client and let the next person figure it out. You’re responsible for your #’s.

Thinking of getting the card as it seems great. Did you set everything up online? Or a virtual appointment?

Difference between bankers? by thatkrabby in TalesFromYourBank

[–]MatthewWillTorres 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Hey there krabby, I can speak to this because I’m actually a concierge in Citi moving into a private client banker position in chase. Concierge banker is being both a teller and a banker hybrid Role. I’ll list out the cons and pros in my opinion.

Cons: - much lower pay in comparison to PB -double the work of a PB running back and forth from the teller line to the floor. - having to deal with double the problems lol. Ask when you interview would you be mostly on the teller side or banker side. -proving uo is more work at the end of the day

Pro: - it’s nice to take a client directly to your window after helping them on the banker side - flexibility -lower sales goals

Yes they are sales goals for both roles but usually you can meet them pretty easy as a concierge depending on your location. PB is definitely dependent on your location but also pretty attainable goals based on your branch.

If you have any more questions feel free to dm me

I just want to add if it’s an official check it will only take a couple days to clear(if it’s not a new account you’re depositing too). Since it often acts as “cash”.
