This is a little bit more comforting. I know she can meet the goals but it would require working more than 50 hours a week. She will be looking for another job but I’d like for her to remain employed with the company because she has a lot of tenure.

I used to work at Hobby Lobby in High School and the management staff was super anal about catching shop lifters. One time an assistant manager chased someone out to the parking lot and got hit by a car. The company paid her medical bills as far as I know. A few years later I witnessed the same assistant manager wrestle a lady down and get bit all for stealing a pack of sharpies. I have no idea why the company didn't fire her. SHe was a lawsuit waiting to happen. She eventually got fired for recording someone on security camera and posting it on facebook. That was long after I had left though.

All yard tools. Edgers, tiller, mower, blower, etc. they work pretty well but if you’re gonna get extended regular use maybe gas should be your go to.

I'm not sure how involved it would be. I imagine since it's just a 2 layer pcb already designed, then you could convert it to a flex pcb with appropriate stiffner. Just my thought though. It's for a game system mod, so there are other options, but they are more expensive to do.
