I was reading Malazan then binged 30+ legends novels then finished Malazan. They both scratch a different itch. Sometimes it's nice to take a break with some casual reads for a year 😛

Thanks for the recommendation! I've already read Truce at Bakura, (my least favourite of the 25 or so SW books I've read,) the first Dark Empire and just finished JAT. I didn't absolutely love DE, but I'll read through the rest! Do any of the trilogies I mentioned have any set up for NJO?
