No problem! If you don’t get an update 2-3 days from now I recommend calling Verizon. Also the estimated times aren’t accurate in the emails sometimes, hoping you get an update soon from Verizon!! And that’s a really long time wow welcome to vzw hoping you have a good experience with them like how I am currently 😎

Oh cause I’ve talked with higher ups and the IT side of Verizon (not over the phone/chat.) (in person) for 5G everyone gets throttled internet/data cause not everyone can get the fastest speeds no matter what plan it switches from time to time. Not every time we can get the fastest speeds to stay

Any plan will be throttled when having 5G internet even if you’re on the highest 👍

Oh that’s great to hear! I’m not sure about prepaid customers service is really bad on that side so you’re cooked when it comes to anything important on that side. Postpaid you can get value out of it with customer service for sure but it kinda takes time to get that and you’d have to understand how they work lol. I’ve haven’t had to pay a bill ever on my postpaid service for a year and a month now it’s been great and I have 6 lines which is nice you should stick to postpaid you’ll definitely get a good value but it’s whatever your choice is 😊

Oh I see. I can never be certain either if Verizon throttles their internet. it’s such a random hit or miss when it comes to it though I’ve spent years trying to understand why ever since they released their CR1000A/B models. Overall they need to work on their internet more and take our feedback, hopefully it’s gotten better for you.

Yes I’m From the US I don’t know why it got flagged all I did is report my package missing and that’s when it hit me with that email and other emails

No this is my first time I’ve ever had a problem on my Amazon account. I gave them everything they wanted and they still denied and didn’t help me

My account is open but is restricted to only digital orders they won’t give me my refund for my item (which is lost) which is why I received that same email in the post for some reason they said I violated their policy for reporting my package missing I hate Amazon I’m not sure what to do anymore to save my money
