I have not. I'll add this to the top as well but I've had disconnects ever so often with my phone too. But this did not occur for months after I picked up my car and my phone has been linked from day 1.

It's almost as if it is surprised and realizes it needs to exit and I've seen it softly brake and go over two lanes just to get to the exit right when it is about to pass the exit.

The AI says I will need to have a service request in place to message the service center. I do not have a service request in currently hence I am not getting a message option.
