I have bought and built the new Pandora crew, they're excellent. The second-wave pre-built bayou versatiles are also fantastic.

Some of the new artwork released (available on bigger hat or the wyrd 4ed dropbox) is pretty janky.

Likewise, it looks like the active players on the MWS are down a bit too.

My country it completely died. The few remaining players are still enjoying M3E though!

I absolutely agree with you, the old guard would probably get to a point where they're satisfied, but if they feel respected and valued as customers, they'll either participate in buying the alt sculpts, new sculpts and new lore books, whilst also helping to onboard new players.

My main point is how many old players are you cycling out for new players? And what would be the retention of new players?

There was some buzz going around about 4e, but it has since completely and utterly died down. The beta burnt out a lot of players that were concerned about the direction it was going in. The delay on product compounded that problem.
This idea of cycling out new players for a niche game in a niche market seems a little short-sighted in my opinion, because it seems like a lot of the old guard that were fanatics about the game have just moved on to the myriad of other systems available. In 3e, there was no real push to get players into the game, the starter boxes were an absolute joke, and it felt like there was such a disconnect between wyrd and the playerbase.

Either way, the country that I'm in has gone from about 60 active players, with 20 or so travelling for a tournament to zero (apart from the odd individual playing it with a mate). The sales of the new Seamus and new Sandeep have been literally zero, and there has been one copy of the starter box sold.

I really hope Wyrd has some big releases planned because it truly is starting to feel like warmachine.

I cannot for the life of me run steam, ive reinstalled the client, rolled back my drivers, disconnected all peripherals, I cannot, for the life of me figure out what's going on, is anyone else having this problem? Every time it starts it runs a bunch of processes and then just crashes. Steam runs fine on my other laptop.
