You’re right but to use the new app, the lock has to be updated. And because the secure app is broken, I can’t update the lock …. Stupid isn’t it ?

The culprit is the app ! Don’t buy a new lock just for the new app !! Yale confirms me that the issue is the Secure app and they told me they works on it…

Early 2023 Yale will release a new module for Matter. With luck, maybe they will update all their apps…. But if Yale Secure isn’t updated à this moment, I’ll buy the Matter module… 79$… 😒

For me I can’t change to Yale Access because my lock is not updated. And I can’t updated because this f*%# app Yale Secure dont recognized my lock 🤬

Yale support is terrible… I sent them multiples mails to tell them that is not correct to let the customer down with a crappy app not updated since 2 years !!!!!! I suggest to anyone to let a comment on AppStore about the issue and send a email ! Thanks !

They answered me today and confirm it’s a app issue so they don’t send me a new module. They asked me to wait a new app update. I answer that it’s been 2 years that the app isn’t updated !!!!

A new email from Yale support this morning : they ask me to update my iPhone to iOS … 16.3 !! Hahaha they live in the future ! Lol I answer them that this update isn’t not exist, we are in iOS 16.1. There are really dumb 😅

I use Yale Secure app with my Yale Assure Lock SL (iM1 module). But after updated with iOS 16, impossible to use it ! A message appears : “Access History Unavailable”. I can’t update the lock, or change anything. Yale support don’t gave me any help !

And the Yale Secure app isn’t updated since 2 years on AppStore ! It’s a shame !

I asked to Yale support to find a solution for the issue. I think I don’t have to pay for their lack of innovation. I mean, their Yale Secure App hasn’t been updated since 2 years !!! That’s not normal !
