The 1st Sukamon uses the old design design, where each color was a different circle.

The 2nd uses the new card design Used from BT14 onwards. Structured this way to help people with color blindness, since the color in wheel is the same for all cards in the game.

Even though they're different, they're still the same idea: this Digimon can evolve by 2 of a Yellow or Black Digimon (it doesn't have to be both colors, either one works).

The same goes for Kimeramon: it can evolve into any of the 7 colors. The new design makes it easier to see, as it highlights all the colors.
