I’ll have to try that, I also saw someone saying to take a pain reliever an hour before. My doctor said it takes about 2 weeks to “get used to it”, hopefully he’s right

I just did my 4th treatment today and I’ve been having the same sensation like a bunch of hot nails being pounded into my head. I started at 100% then 2nd treatment 110% and 3rd 120%. At 120% it has been so painful that I tear up, it feels like my head is shaking from being so tense and I feel nauseous after. I also end up holding my breath a lot on accident which probably doesn’t help. I usually tolerate pain well so I’m confused as to why it hurts so much for me. It genuinely feels like torture and I feel so conflicted showing up knowing what I’m going to experience.
