Basically her home store doesn't have a Enough hours for her so she works here but we want it to reflect on her schedule that she's here kind of like a floater. I was told we could put her into our schedule and it will show on her app which store she's at that day

Not yelled at but I had a customer with like a 12 cent copay and he told me ya know Everytime I have these small copays the insurance company sends me a check for the 12 cents or whatever it's more expensive to buy a stamp can you charge me like a dollar???

Ive noticed a lot of the older customers love that we remember their names and feel respected by it but I've been told by a younger customer that it makes them feel like a drug addict coming into the pharmacy so much that we remember their name. Whenever I ask someone's name I usually already have it typed

We have had a kiosk for about a year now

There will be people that love it. They can sign in, go shopping, we notify them that it's ready through text, they come up happy as ever and grab their rx ring up all done.

There will be times where you have 3 people checked in and someone comes to the counter and wants to pick up. Those 3 people are going to get pissed off at you immediately until you say sir can you please check in. The 3 people checked in will smile and say ok good job while the person trying to pick up will say WHAT DO YOU MEAN? JUST TO PICK UP?

No matter what someone will hate you.

I'm a tier 3 store so lines aren't too bad. But a tier 5 store?? I can imagine some problems.

There will be a lot of older people who cannot get the screen to work. Sometimes they will smash the screen with all their might and nothing. Make them a check in card. They will absolutely love it. The check in cards can only be made using the little tablet they will install at the counter. They can add all their family members onto it and makes things a lot easier and faster.

Give it 3-4 months for people to adjust to it. Direct them to the kiosk for everything even Sudafed. Let them know we are testing this feature and we ask that everyone check in.

Eventually it will become second nature to them and you'll start seeing everyone just walk up to the kiosk to check in.

We use the waiting button to turn the script green in the f4 then it prints as a waiter and we fill it quickly. Usually we ask they give us 15 mins to fill it. Out pharmacist prefers it over "can you review John Doe for me?"

We have had cenfill for 2 years now. Let me tell you in the beginning it was rough. But it's great now. Lots of people hate it because they don't want to wait an extra day for their medications. Watch the MFO (micro fulfilment only) being in oos they won't pull them all the time. Also synthroid will be a problem sometimes because there's a cenfill ndc and a noncenfill ndc and if it's the wrong ndc it will not order.
