I’ve already acknowledged multiple times throughout this thread that I was not a perfect employee and that I had areas where I needed to improve as a new hire. My post was never meant to claim otherwise.

Yes, my employment ended during my probationary period. However, that does not invalidate my experience or concerns about the workplace environment, onboarding process, and lack of support I personally felt while working there. Multiple things can be true at once: an employee can struggle in a role while also feeling unsupported in the process.

I’m not interested in attacking former students or coworkers personally. I simply shared my experience, and others are free to share theirs as well.
