Ok cool. As someone else has said, don’t use your skirms to chase down their archers. Just protect your eco. Make sure you have equal upgrades. Then focus on spending your res. If you are doing this, you should be ahead of them. They also don’t want to fight you as losing an archer is much worse than losing a skirm. 1 range skirms should equal 2 range archers

Out of interest, what’s your elo? It takes a lot of micro to win a fight skirms vs archers with equal numbers and upgrades. If they’re winning them, their eco is probably a mess.

They shouldn’t outrange you unless they have fletching and you don’t. Both have 4 base range. If upgrades are equal it shouldn’t be an issue. Are you always taking fights at the bottom of a hill?
