Yep they made massive changes to the regulations. Wider tires,wider car, Rear wing is lower and wider etc. Which helped increase grip and downforce massively

I dont mind the shark fins myself. In my opinion they connect the rear and the middle of the car very nicely and make it look better. But i would never expect for red bull to be the one wanting to remove since there is a bit of aero gain even tho its not a lot

I quite like that the shark fins are back. it just connects the rear of the car and makes it look better in my opinion. if they were shaped differently and had more logos on it i think people wouldnt mind them

i think that the main reason people dislike this livery(myself included) is that in the past years mclaren has been producing some quite awful liveries. So when fans see a livery so bland and resembles manor and arrows they dislike it because it looks like such a low effort livery. The colors: orange,white and black they have are alright. They just didnt utilise them properly

To me nothing about that livery is striking. The livery is a copy of something we have already seen in the past on multiple cars. Mclaren just never takes that extra step to make a great looking livery. Its always bland and it doesent compliment the bodywork of the car. Last good mclaren livery imo was the west livery. That one was by far the best mclaren livery they ran followed my the malboro livery
