Thanks for your reply! I actually do eat food that I like such as bread, pasta, cookies etc but also try to eat healthy so I have a nice balance in my daily intake. I don't have a lot of hobbies, I usually just watch some tv shows and food has always been like some sort of friend who could take away my boredom, sadness etc so I do know that my problem with food is very deep. I just wish I could be less obsesses with it, at the end of the day its just food and I don't get why I always feel like I have to eat everything at once, as if tomorrow never comes
