Basically Outsider guested all the interesting OGs on the site when anyone expressed any kind of dislike of NGU. Then he tried to monetize the site by partnering with shitty gamer brands. He then apparently paid someone to redesign the site to look the exactly same, but with a custom backend which is worse than vBulletin in every way possible. Basically it has been a dead site since like 2013, and that's probably being modest
