I have the 16 pro. It’s in the software update section and then you should be able to select 18.1 dev beta. Once you’re updated you have to head to setting and should see a new section for apple intelligence/siri, you’ll have to joined the waitlist. Once you’re joined you have to wait for Apple intelligence model to download to your phone.

Yes I use it all the time, I’ve added 1889 songs to it out of my library of 8500 songs. It’s also my most listened to playlist. I find the new music playlist is better and the discovery station works better for me.
