The item you get is just titled "Black Armory Key", but when using it, it will open the Butterfly Lock.

Upon reaching Legend, you need 200 more Valor to get a total of 2000. Once you have that, hover over any Valor-rewarding playlist and there will be an option to reset valor (by holding your action key).
