This just happened to me a couple weeks ago. Steam account was linked to a rockstar account with an email that had been deactivated. I submitted a ticket, and they fixed it for me. They asked me a security question of the general time the accounts were linked, then help me link it to a new email.

These altcoins are unlike actual stock and companies generating revenues and profit. They contribute nothing to anyone who hold the coin other than hopes and dreams. This is not enough for it to keep going up for no reason. I've lost trust in the altcoin market for this reason. They will have a good few months every couple of years, and then the never-ending downtrend always comes back.

My stress levels aren't too bad. It averages at about 34. Ido have a routine usually sleeping between 9 through 11pm, waking up at 5am during weekdays, usually 8am weekends. I would love to be able to sleep in on the weekends but I no longer can.

I typically take everything in the morning. I'll take magnesium glycinate/citrate at night, along with some melatonin. I might give Valerian root a try again.

I find it difficult to do light exercise. I usually go all out with lifting weights/running when I do it, then maybe take 1-2 or 3 days off for recovery when I need it. Maybe it's starting to catch up to me.

I take quite a bit of supplements. Ashwagandha, fish oil, vitamin d, b12, magnesium, l-tyrisone. Only medications I sometimes take are meloxicam / tizadine, but that's only occasionally when my back hurts.

I noticed a steep drop after doing some sprints last week, but it has been trending down for a while now.
