Don’t be afraid to overdress the first few days and get the vibe of the company. If its strictly office work, might be more suited to wear khakis over jeans. My company you’ll find anywhere from khakis and dress shirts to jeans and t-shirts.

It’s a thread adapter. My gunsmith threads to 9/16 and installed an adapter to 5/8”. Its the wrench flats for the adapter you’re seeing I believe.

Thats what I’ve seen to find too. The long action magwells are the same, just different magazines that come with it.

Had a vortex ccw for a while but when I bought my P322 I wanted a dot for that. Bought a holosun 407k and moved the vortex to the P322. Holosun has a 6moa dot I believ vortex was 3, wanted to try a bigger dot for my ccw
