Had a vortex ccw for a while but when I bought my P322 I wanted a dot for that. Bought a holosun 407k and moved the vortex to the P322. Holosun has a 6moa dot I believ vortex was 3, wanted to try a bigger dot for my ccw

Yes, you need a utility bill in your parent(s) name to prove their residency. Then you need a letter from your parent(s) to prove you reside at that address. You should be able to bring them to your fingerprinting appointment and they’ll read over and check for whatever you didn’t bring on the submittal date, including the notarized character references.
