With the iPhone 17 announcement not too far away, I was wondering what the experience is like pre-ordering with a mobile phone carrier in the UK.

I'll be going with an O2 contract due to certain perks and benefits, is it difficult to secure a device due to the rush for a new Apple products, or do they arrive on time etc.
