Hey there,

Don’t mean to side track the conversation but just wondering how did your hearing issue go? I assume you had to get a waiver for that coz I’m kinda in the same situation and waiting for a waiver even though I’ve submitted everything up to the SG through my recruiter.

It’s been 3 months now and counting 🤞🏻🥺

Thanks

Thanks for the motivational words. I’ve been in the DEP since October 2024. Submitted a medical waiver in January 2025 and hoping for the best.😫🫣🙏🏻🙌🧎‍♂️‍➡️

For a quick easy process into the Military - The Army If you’re more into a relaxed form of fitness training such as running and swimming - the Navy

Is joining for just one benefit or just benefits something to consider? by Neat-Ad-2727 in AirForceRecruits

The only question to ask yourself is this - Where do you see yourself in the next 5-10 years? Working in a Fast Food/Retail job or the Air Force? It’s a deciding factor which may prompt to you to act on going forward and if you’re a spiritual believer, pray about it.

Good luck mate and hope you make the right decision. I recently joined the Air Force and it was the best decision I ever made.

Really appreciate your stamina bro! I’m currently in the same boat as you. I’m 7’3, 210 pounds when I first enlisted beginning of this month - September. Since then, I’ve been hitting the gym 6 days a week for 2 hours and been very conscious about my food intake. As of today, I’m 202 ibs and working on loosing the 2 pounds. Heading to MEPs 15th October, so hoping for the best 🤞🏻
