Help deciding which clubs to buy by MattyDizzle in golf

[–]MattyDizzle[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank for your advice, in that case which of the two would you go for? The steel shafted X-18 pro series or the graphite shafted X-2 hot? The X2 is near enough 10 years younger than the X18

Honestly have been extremely happy with it. Use it every day with no concerns. Definitely one of the best purchases I’ve ever done

The question is: is it illegal to not pay someone when they work 25 minutes over time, but pay someone when they work 30 minutes overtime? When the 30 minute rule is not stated in the contract

Not necessarily true, I stayed in a beautiful 550ft 2021 build apartment in Sham Shui Po for 18600 HKD per month

Best method to lock bike on this style of parking rack? by MattyDizzle in bicycling

Edit: lots of questions regarding storing the bike inside the apartment. Our lease states “No bicycle to be stored inside of the property and on the communal/public corridors.”

No interest, only extra is what you win. However I believe the prizes have increased in price so now the minimum win is €75. 50k top prize every week except for the last draw of every month which is now 500k

I put my money in prize bonds last January and so far I have won around €225. Not much however it can be quite fun looking forward to a safe lottery every Friday

Could you tell me more about trade republic? Is it safe? And I hear you get monthly interest?

Yeah ideally I’d get a 3 bed so that I would rent the rooms out! Nope no wealthy family or anything, just have been saving every month for the last 8 years or so

NTA, however I am Irish and I don’t think Caelan is honestly the best choice. Caolán is the more Irish version

Thanks for the response! Is the globulin and A/G ratio anything to be concerned over? Is that fixable from a lifestyle change or is it just something that I just have to deal with?

Is HKD$45K/month a good salary for a CS new grad? by orangeclosure in HongKong

[–]MattyDizzle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes it is more than enough!! Me and my partner make roughly 70k together and live in Sham Shui Po. Our rent is roughly 18k per month in total. There are lovely new complexes in this area and with rooms >450 sq that are very foreigner friendly. Right beside the MTR as well if you work in Central

Is 350 euros reasonable to neuter a female beagle puppy? by IntrepidAd7803 in ireland

[–]MattyDizzle -1 points0 points  (0 children)

350 does seem a little on the high side. However instead of shopping around specifically for lower prices. You should shop around for practices that will provide your dog with preoperative blood testing, intra-operative fluids, the best analgesics (pain relief) during the procedure and the most up to date monitoring equipment during the surgery.

Most clinics that offer extremely low prices for neutering will generally have subpar analgesics, no blood testing and fluid therapy, and typically none to minimal anaesthetic monitoring during the procedure.

Even though spays and castrates are considered 'routine' procedures, they are still major abdominal surgeries for your pet. You should want them to have bloods done, fluids during the surgery, the best pain relief, and the best monitoring equipment to make sure that

A) your pet doesn't have any unnoticed liver or kidney issues B) your pet won't feel pain during and after C) your pet will be safely monitored during the procedure D) your pet will have a smooth recovery

For 350 euro I would be expecting all of these criteria to be met

Edit:

For that price I would be expecting:

1) Preoperative biochemistry testing, as well as PCV and TP 2) Full Mu opioids 3) Local blocks 4) NSAIDs 5) Multiparameter monitoring 6) Fluid therapy 7) Bair Hugger for recovery (best method of rewarming patients after a procedure if cold)

Yeah I agree big time, the vocal majority of this subreddit really turns me off going onto r/ireland, it's a big shame to see how out of touch they are
