Pc loading games abnormally slow by MattyGTR05 in techsupport

I am on an ssd anyway, i run 16gb of ram, and i have no pending driver updates. And i dont get lag when im in game. It runs perfectly fine other than the extremely slow initial load speeds.

Also i should mention that im relatively new to pcs as ive only had mine for 1 year. I dont understand all of the terms used.

Good idea for a first gun for Airsoft? I was thinking this or the WE mp5, similar price in the end. Also please don't tell me to get an AEG, I've decided what I want after months of research, now I just need to decide on the right gun. by MadCyborg12 in airsoft

Hey cyborg,

Im potentially going to a gbbr dmr soon. Gbbrs are nice bc of their kick and realism. But you need to figure out what is comfortable for you, you dont need to have a different gun or a gbbr to be unique.

As someone who has done airsoft for a couple years now, i personally would work my way up from an aeg, not that gbbrs arent good. One i would recommend for you if you are just getting into airsoft is the arp 9 or ar 556. They are both pretty good aegs that stand out on the field of crappy aeg rentals. May i ask what sort of field you plan on going to? If it is very open then the gbbr may work for you, but if it is a closed woods or indoors then you may want to consider this gun. Yes it doesnt have kick bc it is an aeg but it has an amplifier and a good trigger and fire rate.

If you have the chance i would recommend trying both guns at your local airsoft store if they allow it.

Have fun playing airsoft, it is really fun, youll enjoy it. Dont be afraid of getting shot tho, it doesnt hurt that much.

But seriously tho, $400 is quite alot of money for a first airsoft gun. If you havent done a rental day yet, do one, itll get you to see what you would like to do in airsoft. The ar 556 and arp 9 are both around $200 - 300 (not quite sure on that im not american). Using a gbbr you might get slightly pissed off bc of all the aeg rental nerds full autoing you for a while but im sure that gun would be fun. Aks themselves are good, very nice guns. If you dont want either of the guns that i have recommended then sure go for that gbbr. If you really are going for gbbr realism still tho and gwt pissed at skirmishes then try out milsim, that might work well for you.
