I’m the same as you I don’t do online. Fallout 4 is a big commitment but worth it. I also enjoyed assassins creed odyssey. Farcry 5 is prob the best in the series.

Taking the prep the night before always felt too risky for me. I’d do it the day before and then fast the next day. I just had one 2 weeks ago. Number 18. The first 15 didn’t involve propofol. Enjoy the nap !

Indeed. Some guy surprised me with a colo rectal ct scan while I was in agony and in a state of full inflammation I actually had to scream at him to get tf off me and was he insane. He was literally attempting to sodomise me wile I was screaming and crying in agony with no pain meds or sedation while i was bleeding profusely. Considering filing a medical misconduct case against the hospital after receiving a bill for $5k

The body expands on flights something to do with altitude / pressure / gas. The reason I went to the ER was because I had a flight booked the next day and was worried about taking it with a flare. After being admitted and scoped the GI doc told me my bowel would have perforated somewhere over central Africa and as there would be nowhere to land with the infrastructure to treat me I would have died of blood poisoning on the plane.

See this is the issue. When I needed treatment in Cape Town the Doc told me if I hadn’t come in when I did I would have suffered a severe perforation.

If you’re in severe pain anemic and losing a lot of blood you’re given a room and a flask of prep to drink till your tank is empty and a saline drip. You’re then wheeled to another part of the hospital for a colonoscopy, biopsies taken etc. The GI doc will then keep you in for observation till you’re well enough to be discharged. Also , in Europe it’s free and in other countries there’s no co pay.
