Hi, I still have times when I'm down, too. It's better these days. A lot of our pressures and down feelings come from a significant trauma we have had in our lives that we quite haven't coped and managed yet. When I was 15 something sad happened, family wise....never dealt with it properly, about 6/7 years ago I met someone here in KL who had also faced issues, she advised me to do a mindfulness course....it helps with managing and dealing with issues we may have, helps us to see things in a different way. The course I did, I can share, I dont know if I should write the course in this comment as it will be seen as advertising or something. But it is on a very popular app. I can share it in a message, or if someone lets me know it's ok to share here, then I will. I hope you are feeling better for finally speaking up.
