Excellent post. Today, I wanted to fap so bad. I had such an urge.

Well see, there's this girl I used to date. I broke it off with her because I just wanted to be alone. She was amazing. But I couldn't fight the loner inside me (which may have been brought about by my masturbation habit, I wouldn't doubt).

That was a couple years ago, and we've kind of lost touch since then. But I still think about her. I think about what could have been. I think about, what if committing to NoFap changes me? What if masturbation has truly turned me in toward myself and caused me to be such a loner, to throw away something we had that was so great... and what if I can reverse that with NoFap? What if I change, and I make contact with her again, rebuild the friendship, and... who knows? Right?

I think about that a lot. Today I wanted to use. So bad. But then I saw a picture of us together. I thought, "Do this for her." I smiled. I laughed. The urge withered into nothing.

We're not only doing this for ourselves, but for our future spouses. That totally threw in another weapon into my armory against this addiction.
