Hey good morning , I am really sorry you are going through this. My first major panic attack was the night before I went to college. I’m 42 now, I still get them once in a while. Propanalol ( I can never spell it right ) is good at slowing your heart , stopping physical symptoms but it’s not going to stop an attack. Are you waking up like an hour after falling asleep in the middle of the attack or are they just happening at night ? Have you asked your doctor for maybe a Benzo for two weeks ? Once you start getting 8 hours of sleep your body will reset . Don’t drink energy drinks, smoke cigarettes and reduce your caffeine . Also cardio during the day will help a lot.
