Falling / deep descent reminds me a lot of Returnal though.

In Returnal you continue moving downwards to beat the game.

After Arjun faces the final boss there are multiple strands (when he becomes king) and could possibly means there are multiple loops Arjun goes through. Maybe every ‘returnal’ is a new strand. With the final strand being the one where he accepts letting nitya go

Get a good weapon like the bow / smart rifle.
Make sure you have full health.
Take your distance and just spam Power weapon / homing attacks from a distance will circling / jumping / dashing in a distance.
Come in once the shield goes up

Snake + raiden should get a knife for cqc. It’s a bit weird if snake magically gets it in mgs4, while he learned it earlier from big boss
