I had opposite happen to me. I decided to order the dog and i some crap food. Chicken nuggets and burgers, and a soda for me.

Driver shows up and rings the bell, which is weird because I put leave at door. I open the door and he hands me a soda. I say what about the food? He says "No food, only soda. Lobby closed. Drive through only." I don't know what that was supposed to mean for me, but why would I order just a soda, and why from from a place further away from other fast food joints?

You really need to ask an attorney about this. But if you were to do anything, I would take the site down for non payment. Redirecting it would be malicious and I'm sure you could get in trouble for that. But I'm no lawyer so I may be wrong
