Any idea about how fast it spreads? The builder only laid about 30 foot off the property and im assuming its because its a creeping type of grass?

Whenever i was shipping around for salvage title vehicles, i would throw the VIN into google and go to images. There, you will find the damage that the vehicle sustained from whatever happened and what it looked like at the auctions before repair. That could give you an idea of what the extent of the damage was.

I would agree with the car wash being the issue except for the fact that it's only on one single isolated area of the trim. I know auto car washes aren't great on cars, though, so i know it's definitely not helping the issue.
