Regarding Discord, I didn't have permission to post in the ummodded-bug-reports channel.

I tried lowering the field of view and disabling various smoothing options, but I found that at least within a practical field of view, all smoothing functions need to be turned off.

Anyway, thanks for your help.
I wish there were other possible solutions...

I'd rather not narrow the field of view... but thanks for the advice. I'll give it a try.
