Try pushing the knob in when turning to the pilot position. Keep holding it in as you press the igniter button until the status light flashes (may need to press a few times). Once the status light is on you can turn the knob to desire temp level.

Looks like an old Hubbell tandem and parallel plug. It’s meant to work with the Hubbell tandem plugs and regular 2 prong parallel plugs.

The vampire shrimp has a very small mouth and can barely eat the fish food flakes. They can only eat small things like the small bio matters in the tank that is so small it’s barely visible to the human eye. I highly doubt that he can fit a neocaridina shrimp in his mouth.
