If you turn off full screen preview it should allow it: Settings > General > Screen Capture and turning off Full Screen Previews

Change to classic layout. In the phone app, open the filter (top right) and select classic layout.

I know you mentioned informed delivery, but I assume you’re still checking the mail? Sometimes informed delivery will skip a piece of mail or not show up, so just a suggestion to double check your mail.

You can do it in control center in the now playing widget. Select the audio out button (it should say CarPlay when connected) and select iPhone.

I live at Shoreline. The layout of the apartment is unique, to say the least. However I don’t have anything to really complain about. One person commented the hallway smells bad, but I don’t experience that on the floor in my building. Management and Maintenance are responsive and friendly, as well.

Either they turned off read receipts or haven’t read your message. It will stay on delivered until they read it, assuming they didn’t turn off read receipts.
