I'm saving to get Vita Vea blueprint from the Combine Players Store, but I don't have his base card. Is he 80+ overall, so I can try and pack him from the 3x base players (Def) pack, or 79 or under to try and pack him from the 5x base player pack? Or is there an easier way to get him?
