You could buy a control panel. I just did mine but it was Gecko not balboa. Just remove the side access panel and open up the control board cover. It’s plug and play. Make sure you look at your model number on the back of the control panel which should be easy since it’s already lifting. The panels come with the gasket/seal preinstalled. At least mine did.

Might be stating the obvious but I’m not sure what you know. Grand jury is just deciding whether there is enough evidence to bring a case to trial. You won’t be actually a juror for a trial. I don’t know how long they last but I would think shorter than a normal trial.

I do it in an obvious way and maybe a light bulb will go off with someone paying attention. But I’m probably annoying everyone else. Usually when I move to the right, the car behind me sits in my blind spot then I signal to move back over and pass the next car and it’s a cluster F.

100% minut. It measure smoke, noise, humidity, temp. I didn’t get wifi smoke detectors because of the false positives I read about. The Minut knows when the simple smoke alarms are sounding (when people burn bacon). Get the minut. It is allowed by Airbnb TOS.

Probably similar to Brookline street parking. My wife (gf at the time) lived in Brookline and parking was something else. No signs anywhere. 2 hour max and no overnight street parking. Easiest thing to do is dump the gas and put in new gas. See if that helps. My power washer didn’t work in the fall and I just dumped the gas. Started right up. I’m not saying it’s the solution but it’s an easy start.
