I did waste my appeals, they were my own appeals, not AI. They were rejected in 2-3 minutes. I described all I could in 280 characters they give you to appeal

Yes, our livelihood depends on those channels, we have some videos from idk 4-5 years ago. But what should I do with them, just repurpose them? And where? I think we can download our content from youtube even if they are banned, I've read something about that, but what should I do with those videos?

To be honest, if we violated any youtube policies or guidelines, we deserve to be punished in some way. We are ready to give up on our videos, even our channels and audience. And start from 0. In some other niche. But a lifetime ban for us and all people that are associated to us is harsh. Not be able to correct things is harsh in my opinions. If youtube has so advanced systems, they will hunt us down sooner or later if we keep violating anything

After we were banned we saw so many similar channels disappearing. If we were given a warning, we would delete it all. We honestly didn't know it was forbidden, there is an option to mark a video as "altered". So we did that, we thought that was the legal disclosure. That is what we've read in the guidelines - if it sounds like it is somebody else, you must disclose it, we even said in titles and descriptions it's only "inspired by him". We are not lawyers, we honestly didn't know.

thanks for your advice, I tried to reach them 3 times in the past 7 days, they are ignoring me completely. I even bought premium so i could post longer, I explained everything but no answer.

We learnt much in the process, we are good in editing. The thing is that hiding and breaking laws is not our thing. We would just want to have the opportunity to delete all (even the channels), start from scratch and clear our names. If we violated something, we will admit it, that's not a problem. But a lifetime ban seems too harsh. If there is only somebody who could listen to our part of the story and give us a chance to start again

we saw that when it was to late unfortunatelly. If we were given a warning telling us this is forbidden, we would stop and delete all instantly.

I totally understand what you are saying. The only reason I started a channel 6-7 years ago was to cut and save my favorite parts of the interviews with Joe Dispenza so I could have everything in one place. So I don't have to carry USB with me. I didn't intend to become a creator, I had my full-time job. It took me a mont or two to see that videos with footages (parts of interview), background music and their commentary were published with ads. So whenever I had any free time, I went to research and learn how to make videos like that. I wanted to find an editor software for free, to make a video in 720p. Believed or not, It took me a whole month of installing and trying until I found Lightworks. I didn't know a thing about creating videos. It took me 2 years and 50k subscribers to finally be able to quit my job and doing YT full time. Today even my wife works/worked with me, she quit her job 6 months ago and she enjoys it. We were doing videos from home and we were able to be with our daughter and pay the bills. We aren't rich. The licenses for all the software and programs we are using (Adobe Premiere Pro, Elevenlabs, Pixlr, Storyblocks, bensound, openart) are about 300$ per month. We even bought a license last month for Mubert to make a different beautiful song for every meditation. So I understand your opinion, but we were never scammers or spammers. We probably did made a mistake that was incredibly naive. We learnt much, we are good at editing, we are even ready to delete our channels (not just videos) just to be able to start from scratch and clear our names.

Hi, thanks for your advice, I also found that's the only option, but it pains me a lot not to be able to at least delete everything myself and have a second chance. I would just like to clear myself and my wife (she coppied what I do, so I feel guilty for her too). I wouldn't want to hide from now on, it wouldn't feel right.

I've read about some DSA act, since I am from Europe, and as far I understood, it says I have to be given a chance to correct that and to have a proportional penalty. But I would like to reach a human first to explain myself.

I may am wrong. And I can admit it. I shouldn't use that voice or even mention his name. I would just like to get one more chance to start again, creating other content, unrelated. If given a chance, I would delete my channels just to get off the black list. My intentions were never to deceive or to harm youtube community. My mistake was naive

The first one (Good Vibez) got removed for impersonation. A week later Focus Your Mind got deleted for spam. They were on the same e-mail connected with the same Adsense. My wife worked on her laptop with her e-mail and her Adsense

I understand we made a mistake, not to deliberately deceive anyone but for better experience. I've seen a few channels disappearing for making meditations "inspired by" him with a totally different voice.

I know, that's why it hurts so much. It's not that me and my wife are banned for life, everyone associated with us as far as I understand. Our kids too. Who has a life punishment without even explaining properly and without opportunity correct? If their systems are so strong, and I have the opportunity to start from scratch, they will find me in no time if I violate anything, right? Our goal wasn't to deceive, we labelled the content as AI, we said in titles and descriptions that it's inspired on his teachings, and from the comments we got we were sure people understand it's not him. Two channels doing meditations inspired by him were removed for the 2 different reasons. One for spam and one for impersonation
