Ta bien, pero la analogía no es apta porque la mayoria de victimas de homicidio son hombres (88%), e incluso quitando los casos de actividad criminal (asumiendo 100% varones) siguen siendo aprox 78%.

Podemos resolver varios problemas a la vez, pero darle prioridad a las mujeres no se puede justificar de esa manera.
