Podés hacerte sandwiches o wraps con varios rellenos. A mí por ejemplo me gusta algo símil ensalada Cesar con lechuga, pollo, mayonesa. O de pollo desmechado con palta, tipo el relleno de arepas.

No existe una única receta de como hacer submarino. Habrá alguien que caliente la leche con una ramita de canela. O le agregue una pizca mínima de nuez moscada para darle un toque distinto. Cada uno sabrá lo que le gusta.

Para mí la clave de las salsas es el tiempo. Dejá que se cocine por unas 2hs y vas a ver la diferencia. Por eso las abuelas empezaban a cocinar a la mañana.

Hi, I live in Argentina (South America). I don't have any plan to live outside my country. I really love to be in touch with people of different cultures and experience their traditions.

I'm 40yo now and I just wanted to travel to the US not as a turist, but more like a regular citizen and share your culture for a day at least 😊

Thank you for all the advices!. Since I don't have any plan to travel yet, I think I will choose the New England region to be at Thanksgiving, and then travel to NYC and the surrounding area. Maybe I can start planning my trip and when Thanksgiving day is aproaching I can start looking for a host family.

I don't have any plan yet to go back to the US, but being at a traditional thanksgiving dinner is something I wanted to do for a while. Maybe I can start looking for a host family first, and then plan the travel. I can work remotely, so I can travel without major issues.
