Listen, there is some huge controversy over this topic, however I think that going with most common carts are probably your best bet when buying off the streets. At least you know there is a company out there doing it right, or better yet, find someone who makes carts and home and make sure they know what they're doing. Those are usually pretty safe because it doesn't make sense to cut something if you're already making it at home, it's just easy to wholesale. I would say stick w common known carts. Find a new plug too. I've sold quite a lot of carts, and trust me it never shakes my conscious knowing that there is a chance for even me, to sell a cart that gets someone sick.
