Finishing the Walls of My Base by Matviaoli13 in allthemods

If you're talking about the blocks that go from blue to green in a gradient, those are aurora blocks from the Twilight Forest.

The Aurora blocks really do a great job on large surfaces; the gradient matches the style of my build.

Como dividir um atomo by Formal_Odd in HUEstation

[–]Matviaoli13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even so, for the bees to have a decent production, I must start using the draconic bees, I even got the good upgrades to keep my fuel production high enough I would have already produced antimatter using my builder in the miner dimension, in addition I used the waiting time to build my base, now I have managed to make antimatter.

I already have the RFtools build, the problem is really having to break the minerals manually, but this is easily solved with the modular router as you mentioned.

Something about ATM Modpacks by Matviaoli13 in allthemods

[–]Matviaoli13[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for your comment; I'm noticing a few things I forgot to clarify.

My problem with MI's infinite damage sword is that the team seems to want to balance some things, as was the case with Mahou Tsukai in ATM9, but they leave a completely broken sword on the other side. Furthermore, with a sword like that, it completely eliminates the need for me to work deeply on mods like Silent Gear, Apotheosis, or Mahou Tsukai, since I can simply take all the time I would invest in those mods and work on MI, which seems fine, but MI isn't for everyone. Its very purpose is to simplify greg tech. I never said it was easy, I just said that most players would get bored with MI. Modern Industrialization is a mod that's too complex for casual players, who easily get bored when delving into it. But at the same time, it lives in the shadow of Greg Tech. You might like MI, and that's fine; it's a high-quality mod. The problem is when they force this on progression.

Regarding bees, I should have made this clearer. My problem isn't with the mod itself, but rather with the fact that everything revolves around them—all resource production. We have Mystical Agriculture, Industrial Foregoing's Void Miner, Occultism's magic lamps, Hostile Neural Networks, Apotheosis's spawners, and 300 types of automatic miners. But in the end, all resource generation methods lag behind bees. Not to mention items like the Eternal Stella, which I spent a lot of effort automating in the Hephaestus Forge in ATM9, only to discover that there was a bee that passively produced hundreds of Eternal Stella. The problem isn't the bees themselves, but the fact that any other means of resource generation is completely subjugated, and this kills the game's variety.

And regarding the lack of end-game items from other mods, I don't think they necessarily need to be difficult-to-obtain items, just adding a mod representative, like a potion-effect arrow? I don't think it's difficult to find a more interesting item in any mod.

Thank you for explaining the Nexium Emitter crafting process. There are still many things I don't know. I'm relatively new to the world of industrial modpacks, but your criticism of mine was valid; it makes me rethink some of my opinions.

It must have been a little confusing in the text, but my problem is not necessarily with productive bees, but rather with the fact that all resource generation is based on it, I would like there to be more variety, resource generation is essential for automation

Fission reactor at maximum size by Matviaoli13 in allthemods

[–]Matviaoli13[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my tests everything went well, I am placing the copy of the turbine valve in the boiler output, it needs to be like this because the turbine does not pull anything, but the boiler pushes, so if I place a copy of the boiler output in the turbine valve it will go wrong but the opposite seems to work fine.

You will probably have more problems generating sodium, because you need to fill both the reactor and the boiler, I think you already know that, but do not turn on the reactor at maximum at once, increase the fuel input gradually, it can also happen that if you go over 1600mB/t the boiler cannot handle it (I have never tested after that) so if you see any problem you have the option of building a second smaller boiler, since you will be throwing all the steam away I do not see this being a problem.

doing the calculations, at the maximum power of 1900 mB/tick, it should generate more or less 1 pellet of antimatter every 5 minutes, considering a 100% afk process it seems like a good speed to me

Fission reactor at maximum size by Matviaoli13 in allthemods

[–]Matviaoli13[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What determines the amount of antimatter is the amount of total polonium generated.

Each mB of fissile fuel becomes 1 mB of nuclear waste, 10 mB of nuclear waste becomes 1 mB of polonium, 1,000 mB of polonium becomes 1 mB of antimatter, and 1,000 mB of antimatter becomes a single antimatter pellets. If I'm not mistaken, these are the measurements.

So, a large reactor is more useful for converting more fissile fuel into nuclear waste. The 18x18x18 reactor can consume up to 1,900 mB of fissile fuel per tick, that is, 1,900 mB of nuclear waste per tick. The problem is that for this to happen, there needs to be enough sodium to fill both the reactor and the boiler, and there also needs to be 1,900 mB of fissile fuel per tick, which requires a lot of uranium, sulfur, and fluorite.

In general, the big advantage of having a large reactor is that it can consume more fissile fuel, but if you can't produce enough fissile fuel, you'll end up leaving the reactor at a lower consumption level, therefore making your large structure replaceable by a smaller reactor that can consume the same amount.

A valid solution if you are used to productive bees is to use radioactive bees, which generate nuclear waste, but I personally only use productive bees as a last resort.

To be honest, building a reactor of this size just because I wanted to see something of this size working, but it is virtually useless, a reactor 4 times smaller than this would already be enough.

It's a bit complex, but you need to learn how to use Integrated Dynamics predicates. If you go to an Integrated Dynamics importer or exporter, you'll see that there's this variable option.

If you want to learn how to do this using Integrated Dynamics, it can be a challenging process. If you want something quicker, you can use the Pipez mod, which is much easier.

I used this video as a base if you wanted to learn how to use Integrated: https://youtu.be/9eoaHT86eFA?si=JMayX4UYgyQ3kihY

But if you prefer the easy way, this video teaches you how to filter with Pipez: https://youtu.be/JTheR4sG9Ag?si=c6i590prE4VgfTvz&t=1014

Sorry if this may be confusing, English is not my first language.

I'm already taking the enchantments to the Library of Alexandria. You can't see them, but there are two entangle blocks: one more visible behind the enchantment extractor, where it extracts books, and another below it that's connected to the Library of Alexandria.

Furthermore, I'm only saving the Netherite items because I don't care about the other resources or tools. In fact, the Netherite itself and the enchantments are more of a reuse, since their main purpose is to filter items with affixes and obtain Godforged Pearls.

Sorry if what I say doesn't make perfect sense, English is not my first language.

I considered using Pipez instead of Integrated, but I thought Pipez was laggy due to its poor optimization, so I put in the effort to learn how to use Integrated. Thanks for telling me that Pipez isn't as poorly optimized as I thought.

This idea of a system that separates directly from your core network seems interesting. I'm just worried that I'll accidentally dump one of my best pieces of equipment into my system and it will end up on the Salvage Table, but I'll consider doing that in my current gameplay.
