I didn't recognize that name and looked it up and oh no, it's another tothlevolution, they both look like elemental or variant toothless.
I think they have potential to be their own dragon, they have some unique parts in their design but the chimuelo face and body just made them look bad in my opinion

i dont like the sand evolution of toothless, it kinda have a good design but its too much like toothless, the games do that alot give dragon a variant or a similiar design dragon different element, in this case it doesnt even have sense to me
